How It Works

From Drawings to Finished Model

A clear, four-stage workflow that takes your project from drawings to a finished, presentation-ready model.

01

Brief & Drawings

You provide plans, elevations, sections, and any 3D geometry. We agree scale, materials, base size, and level of detail before fabrication begins.

02

Digital Preparation

Drawings are converted into cutting files and component sheets — every wall, floor, and facade element nested for precision cutting.

03

Cutting & Fabrication

Components are laser-cut from acrylic, MDF, or card, then hand-assembled, finished, and detailed by our model makers.

04

Finishing & Delivery

Landscaping, entourage, base, and protective case are completed. The finished model is packed and delivered ready for presentation.

Concept and massing models are produced up to A1. Interior sectional models are produced up to A2. Exhibition and competition display models can be built up to A0. Larger schemes can be split across multiple linked bases.

Scaled plans, elevations, and sections as PDF or CAD. A 3D model is helpful but not essential. If you also have site context drawings, we can include the surrounding buildings and landscape.

Concept and massing models typically take one to two weeks. Detailed presentation and exhibition models take longer depending on scale and level of detail. We confirm a delivery date when the brief is agreed.
