Terms of Service

The terms governing the use of our website and engagement of 3D Vistas services.

Last updated: June 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 3D Vistas website and any engagement of our architectural visualisation services. By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you have any questions before engaging our services, we encourage you to contact us at hello@3dvistas.co.uk before proceeding. We are happy to clarify any aspect of our terms.

3D Vistas provides architectural visualisation services to UK architects, property developers, interior designers, landscape architects, and related professionals. Our directors are Siddhi Santosh Chavan and Kishore Pattni, both based in the United Kingdom.

2. Our Services

3D Vistas provides the following architectural visualisation services:

  • Exterior CGI rendering (daytime, dusk, aerial, and contextual stills)
  • Interior CGI rendering (residential and commercial spaces)
  • Landscape and garden CGI visualisation
  • Walkthrough and flythrough animation (HD and 4K)
  • 360° virtual tours and interactive panoramic experiences
  • Planning support visuals and development marketing imagery

All services are provided subject to agreement on scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees prior to commencement of work. The information on our website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Engagement & Fees

All project engagements are confirmed in writing. Before commencing work, we provide a written quotation or project brief confirming the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee.

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • Deposit: a deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required before work commences.
  • Balance: the remaining balance is due prior to delivery of final high-resolution assets.
  • Larger projects: staged payment milestones may be agreed for larger or longer-term engagements.
  • Rush/express delivery: expedited turnaround requests may attract a premium, which will be agreed in advance.

Fees are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in pausing of work until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Significant changes to the agreed scope after production has begun may result in revised fees. We will notify you before proceeding with any additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

All visualisation assets, renders, animations, and associated files produced by 3D Vistas remain the intellectual property of 3D Vistas until full payment of the agreed fees has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a licence to use the final delivered assets for the agreed purpose (for example, planning submissions, marketing, sales, or investor presentations). The scope of this licence will be specified in the project brief or engagement confirmation.

3D Vistas retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you have specifically requested confidentiality and we have agreed to this in writing.

Source files, 3D models, and production assets remain the property of 3D Vistas and are not included in the standard deliverables unless explicitly agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We understand that many architectural and development projects are commercially sensitive. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving your brief, and we treat all client project information with discretion as standard practice.

Confidentiality obligations agreed in writing will survive the completion or termination of any project engagement for a period of five years, except where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authority.

Please mention your confidentiality requirements when you first make contact, and we will accommodate them accordingly.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to produce your visualisation assets to the highest standard and within the agreed timeline, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project information, drawings, files, and briefs at the agreed stage.
  • Holding the necessary rights or permissions to use any third-party materials (plans, drawings, brand assets) supplied to 3D Vistas.
  • Reviewing drafts and providing clear, consolidated feedback within the agreed timeframe.
  • Notifying us promptly of any changes to the project brief, design, or scope.

Delays caused by late provision of materials, extended feedback cycles, or significant changes to the brief may affect the agreed delivery timeline. We will communicate any impact on timescales as soon as it becomes apparent.

7. Revisions & Approval

Our standard service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project brief or quotation. Revisions beyond the agreed rounds may be quoted and charged separately.

Draft visuals are provided for review and feedback at agreed stages. Final assets are delivered upon your written approval of the penultimate draft and receipt of the final payment.

Once final assets have been delivered and the project is closed, any further changes, re-renders, or updates will be treated as a new project and quoted accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

3D Vistas will always endeavour to deliver high-quality work that meets your brief. However, our liability to you in connection with any project engagement or use of this website is limited as follows:

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid or payable for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss arising from reliance on visualisation assets for investment or construction decisions.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Architectural visualisations are representations of a proposed design. They do not constitute construction drawings, planning advice, structural information, or any form of professional certification. Final built outcomes may differ from visualisations due to design changes, material substitutions, or construction tolerances.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business practices. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the most recent update.

For active project engagements, we will notify clients directly of any material changes that may affect their project.
